Return & Exchange Policy

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review all product details and sizing information before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video at hello@peppher.com. We may request further information, and will arrange for a replacement in such cases, subject to our inspection.

3. Insurance Policy

All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit to your provided delivery address. Once the product is delivered and signed for, our liability ceases. If the product is being delivered to someone else (e.g., as a gift), the signature from the recipient at the delivery address serves as proof of receipt.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Ready-to-Wear Items: Cancellations are not accepted.
  • Made-to-Order Items: Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, cancellations will not be processed.

Refunds for canceled orders will be issued to the original payment method, and processing may take 7-10 business days.
